The opening ceremony will be held at Commercial Club, right in the heart of Albury CBD.
A casual event where past participants talk about previous carnivals and welcome new carnival participants.

Room will contain a mix of tables/chairs for those wishing to sit and cocktail tables suitable for mingling.
Entertainment
Entertainment is proposed to be a 2-person band.
Transport
Venue is within walking distance of the bulk of accommodation in Albury and as such no buses will be provided.
Depending on numbers a bus may be in operation to and from Wodonga.
