Lunch Arrangements:

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: A BBQ lunch will be provided at the venue following the conclusion of play.

Thursday: Lunch will be served at the venue prior to the start of play.​

Each course will feature a long putt competition, offering participants the chance to win fantastic prizes

All players must mark their golf balls before play begins to avoid confusion and ensure easy identification. Sharpie markers will be provided at each venue.

Paul Farrell (Bumper) will serve as the Course Marshal at each venue, overseeing the state of play and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Important: Golfers will need to look after their own golf clubs. There are no storage facilities and they cannot be left on the bus.

Golf Rules
The competition will be conducted under the Rules of Golf as adopted by Golf Australia except where modified below.

Event
The competition will consist of the following events: -

Daily Individual Stableford event over 2 grades,
-
Weekly individual Stableford event
-
Weekly teams event
-
Weekly gross winner

Shield Points
The total Shield Points available will be based on the formula contained in the General Rules. The points allocated to each event will be distributed evenly.
Women will be eligible for the daily shield points relevant to their grade.

Format
The golf competition will be held over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) across different courses.
A shotgun start shall commence play each day.
To ensure completion of the scheduled games, all golfers must report to the starter on arrival at the course, no later than thirty minutes before the scheduled tee-time.
The scoring format for each day's play will be Stableford.

Individual Event
A golfer’s nett score each day will be their Stableford score. The winner of the nett event each day will be the player in each grade with the highest total nett Stableford score.
A golfers Gross score will be worked out by using the following formula:
Par of course – Stableford score + 36 + handicap
Example: if a player scores 28 points off a handicap of 17 and the par of the course is 72 their gross score will be:
72 - 28 + 36 + 17 = 97

Team Event
A team comprises a total of four golfers. The team's score will be calculated as the total of their four daily Stableford scores.​
​
Countbacks
In the event that two or more scores are tied for the team events, the individual events or the daily competitions the approved Golf Australian countback system will apply to determine the winner and/or runner up.
​
Handicaps
A Golf Australia handicap shall be used by each player and will be sloped for each day's play to the course rating of the tees of each day. If a player does not possess a Golf Australia handicap, then a recognised social club handicap shall be used. The maximum handicap shall be thirty-six for men and forty-five for women.
​
Adjustments will be made to the handicaps daily by the golf match committee and will be done in accordance with the Golf Australia handicap rules. Players will be advised by the starter at the commencement of the next day's play if their handicap has been adjusted.
​
It is the player's responsibility to place their handicap on the card and ensure that it is signed by the player and their marker. Unsigned cards may result in disqualification for that day's play.

Prizes
Various prizes will be awarded throughout the competition.
​
Dress Regulations
All of the golf clubs have specific dress regulations. Details of these specific dress regulations will be provided to the golfers prior to the carnival.
